As an ex GM & Ford service manager I can tell you that dealerships are not exactly places, that's one reason reps visit them once a month, to try to keep the dealerships from fucking the manufactures. I won't go into a long story about that. <br /><br />But it's also possible that your rig has had a warranty claim on it that you know nothing about. Usually a service manager files a fake claim to cover a repair on another rig or to pay a flat rate mechanic for doing something he wouldn't otherwise get paid for.<br /><br />Blah, blah, blah.
