Crazy old broad in Texas, saw that on another blog and it piqued my interest. I checked out her blog and I was hooked. We became blogging friends. One of our trips to Tejas we went to West and met Jackiesue at the Pizza House for lunch. She talked me into having a Skunk Egg, which you can only get at the Pizza House. We visited her several times and each time we would meet at the Pizza House before taking in the sites in West.
She called herself and her blog Yellowdog Granny after the old saying, "I'd vote for a yellow dog if it ran as a Democrat". She volunteered at a number of organizations in West. She really loved her town of West!
The last time we met was January of last year. She gave me a keyring and I will cherish it forever.
She led an interesting life. It must have been very interesting to have known her in her earlier life.
