Big Gun BBQ

They must use it at other places because it's on a trailer, but the wheels are chained and locked together.

If you look close, there's a pile of wood at the back of the pistol grip.
The firebox is in the pistol grip and it is wood-fired.

The grill is in the cylinder of the gun and the smoke comes out the barrel.

Had a comment asking for more pictures of the BBQ gun.  Here are the other pictures I have of the BBQ.  These pictures were taken 3yrs ago.

Hope these pictures provide enough info to get an idea how to build one.

Lunch

I did a post using this picture before.  Thought this BBQ shaped like a revolver was unique, so posted the picture of it.

Had lunch here last Friday.  The service was good and quick.  I had the BBQ Brisket sandwich which was good and messy, had to eat it with a knife and fork, especially after I added the horseradish sauce.  The Old Lady had a pulled pork sandwich and said it was good.  Her only complaint was the coleslaw was a little watery.  My steak fries were good.

We have been saying for the almost 4yrs that we have lived here that we should try the place out and finally we did.  All in all, it was a decent place, but nothing to write home about.
