The above sign was in front of the Three Lakes motel in Three Lakes. (I wonder if Lake Ruth, Lake George and Beaufort Lake had anything to do with the name of the place.) I couldn't agree more with the sign.
This one has quite the job description on it!!!
This one was at a gas station, grocery store that had been closed for several months. People living in the area had to drive at least 10 miles to get their cold beer or any beer when this store was closed. So having the place open again was good news for those in the area. Where my place is UP on the tundra I have to drive about the same to get a six-pack, twelve-pack, suitcase, or thirty-pack, but it has been that way for almost 40 years.
