Below is the new roadside memorial in GA. It would cost $100 and be in place for one year. Now, who's going to pay $100 for this piece of shit to paganistically commemorate the spot where a loved one died??

I saw a stand-up comedian on tv one night saying he had seen some crosses on the side of the road on the way into town. He said, "I don't care how much I hated a relative, I'm not burying his ass out by the highway!"
In some places in Ukraine, I see actual headstones. There are always the usual flowers and crosses along the highways. The plastic circle is disgusting. Black crosses, which I have seen in some parts of Canada would be better than that.
Up here we get them for free. It is up to the loved ones to put up something if they so desire. The tradition is a wooden cross painted white.
